wont buy any other brand

I only buy M&S mackerel and sardines in tomato sauce as they are the only ones without added sugars and oils. These Mackerel are really nice on toast, toasted, i couldn't see any bones in the many tins I buy, they are enough for around 4 toasts, they can also be mushed up and added pepper and a bit of chilli, added to pasta or risottos, really flavorsome and healthy

Meaty in a tasty tomato sauce.

These are good value for money. Used to buy a more expensive tinned fish but these are as good. Use two tins to make a delicious spaghetti meal.

Delicious and nutritious

My husband loves these! Succulent, plump juicy mackerel fillets with a good tomato sauce which is flavoursome and delicious. Better still, they contain no nasty additives like sugar, starch, flavourings etc found in other brands. Delicious on toast or in sandwiches with a sprinkling of black pepper and lemon juice, and perfect added to pasta, risotto, stir-fry and curry at the last minute. The same goes for M&S Danish Mackerel Fillets in Spring Water and M&S Sardines in Tomato Sauce. Supremely healthy and tasty!

danish mackerel

Found a long thick strand of hair entwined with the fish. Makes my stomach turn just thinking about it. It goes without saying that Ill never order it again

Bland sauce.

Nice fish but found the sauce to be without much flavour. Yet another M&S fail.
