Delicious and nutritious

My husband loves these! Succulent, plump juicy mackerel fillets which, despite being in healthy spring water, are flavoursome and delicious. Better still, they contain no nasty additives like sugar, starch, flavourings etc found in other brands. Delicious on toast or in sandwiches with a sprinkling of black pepper and lemon juice, and perfect added to pasta, risotto, stir-fry and curry at the last minute. The same goes for M&S Danish Mackerel Fillets in Tomato Sauce and M&S Sardines in Tomato Sauce. Supremely healthy and tasty!

Smelly

Strong stench upon opening. Had to wrap airtight and dispose immediately.

Perfect

There are very few tinned mackerel with spring water so this gets an extra star just for that. Also a great price and nice pieces of fish inside.

Poor quality mackerel

It was dry and tasteless. Not even worth £1.05, I had to throw it away.
