Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4, 50 mins
Needs cooking.
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and place sauce sachet to one side. Line baking tray with either foil or baking parchment paper. Place belly slices onto tray. And cook on middle shelf for 40 mins, turning halfway through.
Glaze belly with sauce and cook for further 10 mins. Ensure product is piping hot and juices run clear before serving.
Do not reheat.
