Instructions

Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 20 mins
Needs cooking.
Preheat oven. Fully remove label and film and place sauce sachet aside. Place foil on baking tray and cook for 20 mins.
Heat the sachet of sauce in a pan of boiling water for 2 mins, pour the sauce and squeeze the lime wedge over the salmon to serve.
Do not reheat.

Delicious

Im so confused at the prior negative reviews. The Salmon is seasoned generously and has the perfect balance of flavours. The sauce its also lovely and gives it a bit of moisture and I like the fact that it is slightly lighter because it pairs well with the heavier dry seasoning rub on the salmon. I buy this every week for my family and also the soy&ginger salmon version too!

Flavourless

flavourless, was expecting more but also, why add sugar? Sauce didn't add anything. A harissa salmon with a minted yoghurt dressing would be tastier.

Bland

I was surprisingly disappointed with this product as it looked delicious in the packet with what appeared like a decent amount of the cajun seasoning on the salmon. Unfortunately it just tasted bland and the sauce was a bit sickening. Salmon portion size wasn't that good either. I usually rave about M&S food but definitely not this one. I wouldn't buy it again.

Ok

These sounded so nice but I can only rate them as average. The salmon itself was a bit tasteless but good sizes. The sauce was a bit too creamy and sickly - I expected it to be spicy Cajun but was more like a Tika sauce - weird! The very tiny piece of lime was a waste of time - could have done with purchasing a lime too. Wasnt horrific but probably wont buy again - mainly because of the sauce.

Ok but wouldn't repurchase

The size of the salmon fillets were so small, especially for the price. The flavours sounded lovely but the flavour of the sauce wasn't great and didn't go with the lime at all.
