This 26cm Ali griddle pan is made from recycled forged aluminium which helps distributed heat evenly for better cooking. The impact bonded steel base works with any hob, including induction hobs and it is dishwasher-safe. The non-stick coating makes cooking and cleaning quick and simple, whilst the griddle lines will sear the meat beautifully.
I think the issue with this is that it doesnt have a round base so my induction hob doesnt recognize it properly and cannot work out which ring to keep on. It spreads over two ring areas but not fully on so confuses the way the hob works.
