Handling raw meat safely
Wash and dry hands thoroughly before and after handling raw meat, and after disposing of packaging. Use separate chopping boards/utensils for raw meat. Always cover meat and store at bottom of fridge.

Instructions
Air Fry - From Frozen. 180°C, 14 mins
Ensure chicken is piping hot throughout.
Allow to stand for 1 min before serving.; Air Fry - From Chilled. 180°C, 10 mins
Preheat air fryer. Place product in air fryer tray ensuring even spread. Program the air fryer to cook for 10 mins.
Turn halfway through cooking. Check product is tender and cooked through.; Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking.
Remove all packaging.
Do not reheat.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7, 20-25 mins
Preheat oven. Place on a preheated baking tray.
Turn once.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7, 15-20 mins

The Business!
These buttermilk tenders are a regular in my house. Tender, moist and flavoursome they pair well with a crunchy mixed salad. Once cooked they're equally as good as a cold snack.

Succulent, tender, and a decent size. Works well in a brioche roll with salad.

great tasting buttermilk tenders
Very succulent and great tasting chicken tenders. 15-20 minutes in the air fryer perfectly cooked. Tasty and delicious

ok but ....
Far too heavy handed with pepper which totally spoilt any taste and was too hot and just left a burning sensationin the mouth. Shame as it wasn't needed and without the heat, it would be really tasty.
