Stir Fry Meal Suggestion
In a hot wok, stir fry protein until lightly browned. Add veg and stir fry as stated above. Add noodles and a stir fry sauce and continue to stir fry until piping hot. Serve immediately. Ensure protein and leg are fully cooked before serving.

Stir Fry - From Chilled. Remove film.
Preheat a wok or a frying pan over a moderate heat. Add 10ml of oil.
Add all ingredients and cook for 4-5 min stirring continuously.
Season to taste.
Serve immediately.
Do not reheat.
