Woolly and tasteless

What a disappointment. These apples should be crisp and fruity but they were wooly, lacking flavour and such a disappointment. I suspect they have been stored for a long time.

Small and bruised \- poor value for money

To charge £2.00 for these is a rip off when they are so small in size and 3 of the 4 apples are bruised.

Wooly and lacking flavour

I usually purchase Ocados own brand Braeburns which I have found consistently good flavoursome and crispy. As the M&S product was on offer I thought Id swap, expecting a superior quality. I was wrong. The apples were wooly, lacked flavour and were fed to the birds after the 2nd was as disappointing as the first. So not good value for money even at a reduced price. I shall confidently stick to Ocados Braeburn in the future.

All bruised

So fed up with fruit from Ocado. Always bruised, just thrown away 3 of the 4 of these apples in my latest delivery. Have written to them countless times, with photos, but nobody there seems willing or able to take this issue on

Bruised

For several packs over several weeks - bruised, brown, rotten and soggy. Same for M&S Pink Ladies. Ever since M&S changed the packaging and removed dates. Meant to reduce waste, only caused so many apples thrown into bin. Write/email to Ocado and M&S to fix it please
