Easy treat

Very tasty and far better than expected. Not something normally purchased but will definitely buy again. Maybe too much potato so three stars.

All potato, no fish

I have had these a lot and always been pleased with them. However, I now have to agree with some other reviewers that theres no fish. The flavour and coating are great but its meant to be a fish cake and I struggled to find any fish. Very disappointing M and S.

Flavoursome, fishy, creamy and crispy!

I dont get what the bad press is about on these. Often part of the 3 for £12 deal. So these formed one of three great meals from M and S. We thought there was lots of smoky fish inside the crispy coating and the melting centre was creamy and decadent. In fact, I thought they were restaurant quality. These will become a staple in our house. I served with a sweet jacket potato and peas.

Where is the fish?

Very disappointed with these. They aren't cheap and I would have expected to find some pieces of smoked haddock, instead they comprise of mashed potato and a bit of sauce. The coating is the best part. Will not buy again.

expected so much more

Little to no melt in the middle molten cheesy filling and no sign of the smoked haddock with the exception of a few bones. Sadly not what I expected from the description. First try and sadly I cant see them being tried again.
