What happened?????

I bought this my husband in Dec 22 and he raved about it. The foam on his face was thick and it made shaving easy. I've just bought the same product for him and he's very disappointed. The foam dissipates before he has had chance to shave, which makes shaving very rough on his skin. It's shame because he thought it was onto a winner. .

I liked it

It didn't lather as much as I was expecting and was a bit more oily. I think this is because I was comparing it to conventional shaving foam. It did feel moisturising though and did the job find for me for shaving (however I've got quite fine hair). I'd biy again to take it on holiday with me

This used to be good

I've used this for several years and it was brilliant for shaving. The formula for making it seems to have changed, the foam dissipates rapidly leaving nothing useful in the skin to help shave which then leads to irritated skin. It's really disappointing as this brand tends to make great products but this is now a miss.

Disappointing

Trying to cut down on waste so Im now using a straight razor on my legs. Tried this soap in place of shaving foam but the lather does not last. Ive even bought a shaving brush but, while you do get a bit of lather on application, its all gone by the time Im ready to do another pass with the razor. It then dries so I have to apply water to my legs. The bathroom floor is soaked by the time Ive finished. Dont think Ill purchase again.

Works well and good for the environment

This produces a rich creamy lather that gives a smooth and clean shave (using an electric wet/dry razor). It lasts for ages and doesn't produce all the waste you get with most other shaving products.
