Nutritious and nice
I heard of shelled hemp seeds as a good way to add extra protein to food, and this brand is the best I've tried so far. The seeds are soft and nutty, meaning they don't detract from what you're adding them to and if anything give it a bit more interest. My favourite uses so far have been sprinkled over avocado toast and as a salad topper. I tried blending into a smoothie but my blender wasn't powerful enough so if you want to try that make sure your machine is up to it and I'm sure it'll be great!
No shells to pick out of your teeth. Reliable good quality.
I find this product way far low in carb content, which I prefer though, compared to other brands, so I wonder what makes it much lower in carb, or how reliable their nutritional date really is . . .
I have this with my bowl of prunes every morning and its quite tasty, and moreish. No idea of the health benefits as its only been a week but Im enjoying my breakfast. I mix flaxseed in too.
