I love this and have a dessert spoonful on my cereal every morning. As a vegan I need all the iron and vitamins I can get. This is great to use in many ways. It makes great flax eggs as an equivalent to eggs us vegans dont use. Mix 1tbsp of ground/miller flax seed to 3 tbsp of hot water and theres your egg for your cupcakes etc. Add to that Linwoods flaxseed is organic. What more could you need.

This product is just lovely. A mild taste that is easy to add to many meal variations or to thicken sauces. This stuff is fabulous for balancing hormones too!
Pleasant and healthy
We add this to all sorts of meals, but religiously add it to the daily lunch sandwiches to ensure Omega 3 intake by vegetarians. Adds a faint nutty taste but barely noticeable, and helps make wet fillings a bit less soggy. An easy addition to daily diet to get them a bit healthier.
Add to smoothies
I add this to my smoothies to make them a little healthier, flaxseed is great for female hormones too.
