Great addition to smoothies, bakes, yoghurt etc. and a convenient alternative to grinding your own. A tbsp of this mixed up with an egg and some cacao powder makes a tasty microwave mug cake - delicious and nutritious.
Ive been mixing these into fruit smoothies. Just a couple of spoonful of these add great taste and healthy diet. Love this!
Easy to add to lots of things
I put these in pancakes, flapjacks and bolognese sauce to name but a few. A handful in pancakes is hardly visible when cooked and my kids easily accept the change. Improve fibre etc. in not so healthy foods.
I loveeeee this! So easy to put on porridge, yoghurt etc. and packed full of goodness. Helps me to get my daily seed intake, otherwise I would probably forget.
I add a dessert spoon to my porridge every morning. Doesn't taste of much but does me a lot of good I'm sure. I like the fact you get three seeds in one packet - good for a varied healthy diet.
tasty , and not easy to see in pasta sauces!
I've been slipping this in to sauces and homemade bread to add a bit of protein (keeps you fuller longer), and nutrients to family food. These ground seeds are all brown (not black like Chia), and so not easy to detect visually, which stops the fussy children spotting them! They taste great on yoghurt or porridge too.
