I couldn't do without Linwoods milled flaxseeds.
I sprinkle this on my salad every single day. And that is my highest recommendation!
children love it!
I add a small amount of this to my children's breakfast and they really enjoy it. It tastes lovely with natural yogurt too.
versatile and full of flavour
I usually buy the plain milled flax but was surprised by how good this is - it can be used in baking, porridge, pancakes (just not savoury ones due to the goji berries). I keep a small jar full in the fridge and put the pouch in the freezer to keep it fresh. It has a more interesting texture than the plain flax and is really high in calcium. Great for increasing the fibre content of your meals.
love this & so healthy
I add a tablespoon of this every morning to our cereals/muesli/granola and add a spoon to salads and to muffins. Provides lots of needed nutrition. Lasts a long time in fridge once opened.
Been eating this on my porridge since years, brilliant mix of goodness! Could use some chia seeds and jujube fruit in the mix, and more sesame, then it would be just peeerfect.
I feel so good having this part of my daily diet. I mix it with chia seeds and almond milk for a grain free breakfast.
