really delicious and the best thing for you
If youve read how not to die you will know how good flax seed is for you. This makes it easy to eat on cereal, yoghurt, custard, crumble, smoothies, you name it. A real treat.
This stuff adds loads of flavour, but doesn't seem to have the dryness of plain flaxseed.
Game changer. I actually look forward to my porridge now!
This is great. I add it to porridge for me, add it to a simple cookie recipe for the children, and even to Greek yoghurt. Tastes wonderful and you're getting some fibre and good fats at the same time, plus the benefits of cinnamon too.
