crunchy and healthy
Love these walnuts have them in yogurt and fruit really nice and healthy.Crunchy and taste just like proper walnuts .
I like these walnuts. They are crisp & crunchy but not too hard for those with elderly teeth. Delicious.
brilliant for digestion and health
I struggle digesting nuts that havent been activated and these go down a treat with some Himalayan salt! walnuts have the most health benefits so I will keep buying these!
What do you call a wall if you put nuts on it?
Walnuts! Activated nuts are so much healthier to digest especially with for those with digestive issues and as nuts can be so healthy and full of goodness its a shame to miss out so activated nuts comes to the rescue by ensuring its more gentle on the digestive system. It is expensive but then all the good things are! The walnuts itself doesnt have any of the bitterness that some walnuts have.
delicious but expensive
70grams of soaked and dried organic walnuts turned out to be about 2-3 very small servings for £3.99. Mainly walnut halves but with a few broken pieces. The crunch is amazing without being hard. No trace of bitterness but they are drier than unsoaked walnuts and without the mouth oil feel which makes me wonder if the omega ALA oils are impaired or reduced by the process? Chilean walnuts have a good flavour profile without needing to be soaked, so I will probably stick with those as these are pricey for the few that are in the bag. They do look to be good quality as mould growth is a concern with soaked nuts but its not always possible to see the mould.
Active Nuts Yay
Activated nuts not only taste better but they are healthier because the soaking reduces the phytic acid. These taste great and are organic to boot. Great
