Even a novice cam make fresh bread
I have no culinary skills whatsoever and no time for cleaning up either. Being able to use only one container during the entire process which is dishwasher proof is amazing. It comes with simple instructions, so even I can make a loaf that my children enjoy!
makes the best bread
The bread is amazing. The texture is perfect and the crust is so good. I always burnt the outside before the inside would cook using conventional methods but this is so easy. I use a breadmix (Wright's White Bread Mix) but use more water than it says on the pack, 350ml or slightly more if it looks a but dry. Stir it with a spoon until combined. Don't knead it. Then pop a teatowel over it and pop it in the fridge or the garage if it's winter overnight. Get it out in the morning. Gently stir it slightly, then turn it into the torpedo shape and put the tea towel over again, leave it on the kitchen worktop for 45 mins to 1 hour. Then bake at 210C fan for 40 minutes, take out of the lekue and turn the bread upside down on the baking tray. Bake for another 10 minutes. Tap the bottom to make sure it's hollow but it should be baked. It will be the best bread every and all of your guests will be very impressed.
