Classic apple wood chips carry a light fruity aroma and are most commonly used with pork, chicken and fish. Before smoking with wood chips, soak them in water overnight and add them on top of the coals to produce the smoke required. All Landmann smoker and broiler barbecues have air vents to enable you to adjust the amount of smoke circulation, so you can control the intensity of the smoke. Each 500g bag is resealable and is part of the Selection Wood Chips range containing a variety of flavours.
