excellent little bbq
Surprising good, would recommend
great little BBQ. easy to assemble and easy to use. the problem we have now is that the black coating has now come off and the metal is now turning rusty. I will be contact customer service to see if they can replace this item. otherwise very pleased
I bought this product on offer. I did not assembled but my friend did, without the instruction as I misplaced it and it seemed pretty straight forward for him. The quality is good for the price...I cooked on Wednesday 16 mini burgers, mackerel and about 10 pieces of boneless chicken thighs...I am well impressed, but I know smaller BBQs can get the job done and easy to store. Cleaning - the top grill easy to remove to cleant. The bottom I struggled to empty the coal...the only downside.
cheap and a bit flimsy but does the job
It does the job. Ok, it's cheap and you have to assemble it... But it does work well and for the two or max three times we might bbq it will do. The charcoal goes at the top (had to google this to find that out. The instructions just focus on the assembly. The bottom bit just lets air in for a hotter bbq.
I love the design of this bbq, it goes together easily and is extremely functional. Good air circulation which is controllable around the coal makes it easy to light and quick to get up to cooking temperature. As the charcoal pit is shallow it is very economical on fuel. The grill has an adjustable height and comfortably fits 10 sausages, 6 burgers and a couple of sweet corn. Small enough to fit in the car but not to small to use. Can't recommend it enough.
Very fragile and not clear how to use it
The BBQ seems lovely once you've assembled it. But that's where it's usefulness ends. Maybe it was ours but it just didn't fit together properly. Then when lifting it the handle bent. It's also very unclear on how you use it - Does the charcoal go in the top or bottom bit? We couldn't find a definitive answer & the instructions don't make it clear...
