Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. The oil may become cloudy at less than 10°C. This is normal at cold temperatures and has no effect on the product quality. The oil will clear on gentle warming at room temperature.
Preparation and Usage
Extra Virgin olive oils are best served at room temperature and used in marinades, vinaigrettes and salad dressings. They can be enjoyed dipping crusty bread or drizzling over pizza.
