Product information
Dimensions: 31 x 12 x 50cm
Diameter: 31cm
A lightweight carbon steel wok finished with a two layer non-stick coating designed for stir-frying at high temperatures. Coated inside and out to provide a robust sealed coating for long-lasting endurance.
The beautifully crafted wooden handle is secured via two rivets to ensure you always have a sturdy handle that won't come loose. Finished with a hanging loop for easy storage.
The non-stick coating ensures the wok is ready to use from the moment it arrives. Simply give it a quick wash, dry thoroughly and start cooking. When ready to start cooking, place the wok centrally over the hob ring, add oil and heat on a medium high setting. Once the oil starts smoking you're ready to start cooking. Silicone, wooden or nylon utensils are recommended to help prolong the coating.

Terrible coating
I've had this wok for quite a while now and it's awful and only getting worse with time! The coating is flaking off and going into my food even though I'm careful to use the right kind of implements to stir. And noodles have stuck to the bottom from day 1, no matter how much oil I add. The only thing it has going for it is that it's big and lightweight. Otherwise awful.
it doesn't stick but it sticks
it's ok only if you want to fry vegetables, but when you add meat, it's a disaster
Worst nonstick lining ever
I couldnt believe it - the nonstick lining of the wok scratched almost immediately. I hadnt allowed anything sharp or metal to go near it the bottom scratched merely from putting it on the ceramic job to cook. The inside scratched on the first cook - it could only have been from using a wooden spoon! Ive had lots of woks and this has by far been the worst. Dont waste your time.
