Wonderful
No they're not healthy and yes they're pure sugar - which is exactly why I buy them, as a quick sugar hit before a workout to boost blood sugar. We need to stop demonising all sugar in all forms - it has its place. For a healthy meal? Eat vegetables, and stop comparing products like this to meals. But if you eat sensibly and don't replace meals with them then they absolutely have their place.

Their reputation far exceeds their actual taste, which is nothing special. Just a sh*t load of sugar.

Satisfy cravings
Had a sudden nostalgic urge for pop tarts. Was luckily not disappointed as these are a great if unhealthy treat
