great
These are great and cheap!
Part of my regular shop now
Started making ramen dishes from scratch and these noodles are brilliant, one star taken off just as first few times after following the instructions they could still be very starchy tasting, even after rinsing in cold water before adding to the dish, so I sometimes add them to the ramen broth for 2 minutes and this seems to work better (just make sure you have a lot of broth or they will soak it up and make a drier noodle dish).
Very nice
Made a lovely ramen with these. Cannot fault them.
Decent.
Have struggled to find the usual skinny noodles I use in Ramen so thought I would try these. Good value and done the job - could do with being skinnier especially in Tonkotsu Ramen.
resturant quality
so nice to try making my own itsu at home and these noodles did the job! Made a nice ramen with the itsu miso broth
