Tried it- waste of time and money!

I wasnt looking for a quick fix as I exercise 5 times a week with running and classes. I thought I would give it a go to see if it helped support my exercise. Absolutely no difference at all, and the ingredients are weak versions of far superior products on the market. Absolute RUBBISH! Dont waste your money!

Matcha Tea capsules

If you look at the ingredients, it's mostly overpriced matcha tea powder and a few other vitamins. Not very good if you can't have caffeine. You're better off taking a multivitamin.

Dont Waste Your Money

The only thing that works for losing fat is calories in, calories out (and optionally throw in a bit of exercise). Do not buy this faddy product. The only pounds youll lose are in your bank account. Also as the reviewer mentioned below, the other five star reviews are clearly fake.

This company is the worst

Just going to write this today in case the "honest reviewer" below decides to change their name again/delete their reviews. This company has clearly had their employees write fake 5 star reviews on each one of their products - see the Digest supplement as an example. Real Ocado users complained on that product page that Ocado should have a way of verifying reviews. So what does this company decide to do? They changed one of their reviewers' name to 'Verified Ocado Customer'. Lol. Do they really think people are that stupid?

Functional Ingredients

Currently focused on getting into shape before summer rolls around. Been taking this for a couple of weeks now. I find I have more consistent energy and don't feel like I need to snack during my day, which is half the battle. Contains ingredients that I researched and it seems to be doing what it says it's supposed to be doing so I'm happy.

Great for weight loss

To keep my diet aligned with my goal to be healthy and lean, I take these capsules daily. I can definitely tell that they keep me fuller for longer whilst energy is kept high. The capsules are a convenient way to make sure I consume gut-friendly ingredients!
