Tasty and succulent
A lovely burger with no fat or gristle. Really juicy and tasty without being oily, but far too salty and the mint was only a hint. Recipe needs a tweak!
Very Salty Tasting & No Taste Of Mint.
I was really looking forward to these. However, I couldnt finish the Burger due to a very strong taste of salt. Couldnt taste any Mint at all. Very disappointing.
Beware of bone!
Bought two packs of these burgers and there was bone fragments in every small bite. So very disappointed, had to leave them as feared my teeth filling would be affected. Not recommended for children either. Consistency was thick and felt very greasy. Cooked in the air fryer.
Make them your own
I actually use these to make my own kofta, I take these and put them in a bowel and add some of my own seasoning and shape them into kebabs. Roll them into tin foil and pierce a few holes in the bottom so the fat can drain, pop them in the air fryer for about 15 mins and then serve with pitta bread!
Indiscernible burger flavour.
These were not unpleasant but if I hadnt purchased them myself Im not sure Id have guessed what flavour they were. Couldnt particularly taste the lamb or the mint. They tasted more like the ones that youd have bought outside a nightclub in the 1990s, when you didnt care so such about the provenance as long as it was hot and meaty. The fat that came off them was a sight to behold too!
good burgers
Good quality, minimal shrinkage and very tasty!
