Full of flavour
This is a lovely mustard.... full of flavour but not too strong and it has a great texture to it. I like experimenting with this condiment and it tastes surprisingly great on egg mayonnaise.
Versatile mustard
This is my favourite mustard which has many uses. I particularly like it as a salad dressing when mixed with olive oil. The texture is lovely and the flavour is not too hot.
White wine flavour
This is great for more experienced home cooks. If this was given to me years ago I would not know what to do with it and would hide it in the darkest kitchen cupboard. I made green beans fried in oil and topped up with some wholegrain mustard.
Add to beef or ham.
The white wine adds a tempering flavour to the heat of the whole grains of mustard. Makes this a favourite condiment to go with my beef or ham.
Delicious with lovely texture
Lovely tasting mustard, enjoyed the texture! Not overpowering. I've started liking Carrots and peppers dipped in hummus with mustard stirred through- yum!
Best Wholegrain Mustard on the Market
I think this must be the best wholegrain mustard on the market. The texture is just right and it has just the right amount of strength. Packed full of flavour but not too overpowering. It is the perfect addition to a sandwich but is equally as good in a sauce. I would highly recommend this product.
