Giovanni was the first full-range, salon-inspired hair-care brand in natural product stores, and today is the #1 selling Hair Care line in the United States Natural Products Industry. But before there was a brand, there was a pioneer. Arthur Guidotti had a vision and a love for all things hair. He began developing his passion as a hairstylist in Hollywood and Beverly Hills.
He worked for a time with hairstylist icon Gene Shacove and was good friends with “the father of hair color,” Al Lapin. By the 1960s, Arthur was maturing his talents and decided to open his own salon, called On Sunset. very good!
I really like this. It does feel odd when you first put it in- kind of soapy - but leave it to dry and your hair looks thicker and feels great! Really good on my curls. I dont need any other curling product. Thanks- Keep supplying!
Not what I was expecting
I bought this because I couldn't get hold of the Giovanni Vitapro Fusion Leave-in Hair Treatment, which really suited my fine, long hair, which is prone to frizziness. Unfortunately, this product seems to coat my hair and make it flat and difficult to style. I would not re-purchase, and have now found the Vitapro product elsewhere.
Haur Saver
I have fine, frizzy hair that tangles badly after washing. This is the best conditioner I have tried for detangling. Not the best for conditioning, but I find it amazing for putting on directly after washing. It enables me to brush my hair with ease after washing, whereas before (even with conditioner) I would sometimes need to cut knots out and it would take me ages. Now if I get a particularly matted patch I just put extra of this on and no scissors required. It is quite weightless too, but if I put a lot on it can leave my hair slightly sticky but I'm also impressed with how it doesn't usually change my hair texture afterwards.

Its the only thing that tames my frizz into beautiful curls. It does feel odd when I first apply it but my hair feels soft when dry.
Sticky and dull finish
So disappointed with this product which left my hair really dull and dry. I have wavy hair which needs moisturising to keep it under control. Sadly this just didn’t do it
sMOOTH HAIR
I bought this as it was on offer and it makes my hair feel so silky. It does take longer to dry using a dryer so I leave it to air dry a little 1st. Lovely results.
