Preparation and Usage

Instructions
Cooking Instructions - General. Enjoy hot or cold!
Warming Instructions: As cooking appliances vary, these are guidelines only.; Hob - From Ambient. Remove from packaging and sprinkle a little water over each flatbread. Heat in a frying pan for 10-15 seconds each side.; Microwave - From Ambient. Remove from packaging, place on a microwave proof plate. Microwave on full power for 15 seconds for 1 flatbread or 30 seconds for 4 flatbreads

Tandoori Chicken Kebab Wraps
(Serves 2)
Shopping list:
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into large cubes
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp Ground Coriander Seeds
- 1/2tsp Ground Chilli
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- Red & green pepper, deseeded and cut into large squares
- Red onion, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp natural yoghurt
- Fresh mint and coriander leaves
- 1 Lemon, cut into wedges
- Kebab sticks, pre-soaked in water
Cooking instructions:
- Heat the oven to 180°C or ensure the grill or BBQ is at temperature.
- Mix the spices, salt, lemon juice and oil in a bowl
- Add the chicken and marinade for at least 10 minutes.
- Load the kebab sticks with the chicken pieces alternated with pieces of peppers and red onion.
- Bake, grill or BBQ for 15-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Warm the flatbreads according to instructions.
- Serve the kebabs on the flatbread, garnish with natural yoghurt, fresh mint and coriander leaves and a squeeze of lemon.

Really liked these. Warmed them in a dry frying pan then filled with last night's curry leftovers & Geeta's unbeatable mango chutney for lunch. Delicious!

Delicious roti bread
Soft and lightly fragrant. We have enjoyed them with curries, tandoori chicken, or to use as wraps.

overwhelming taste of cardamom
Whole wrap tasted of cardamom and were much smaller than normal wraps, ended up binning them
