History

"Fleurs de Prairie" is named in celebration of the free-spirited wildflowers carpeting our vineyards in the South of France. Made by the family-owned Les Grands Chais de France, Fleurs de Prairie is a Mediterranean combination of sun, wind, mild water stress, and ocean influence that provide ideal conditions for grapes to ripen to the perfect balance of flavor and freshness.

Regional Information

Fleurs de Prairie is sourced from hand selected vineyards throughout the Languedoc region, some of which have vines that are over 50 years old.

Vinification Details

Harvested between August and September, the grapes for this elegant wine are direct pressed to ensure a light, fresh style. Grapes are fermented in 100% stainless steel tanks and fermented separately to achieve the best characteristic of each varietal.

misleading

I thought this was half bottle at £4.75 so disappointed to realise my misunderstanding that it is a tiny single serving size of 175ml I realise I made the mistake so wanted to mention. Reading the previous reviews everyone else received it as a gift - Im the only person who has ordered and paid for it! Works out at approx £17 a bottle!!!

Received as a gift I chilled this and was pleasantly surprised how good it was. Im not a huge rose wine fan but this wasnt too dry or too sweet. Perfect for when you dont want to open a full size bottle

Quality wine

Recieved as a free gift and glad to try it. This delicious cote de provance rose is a good example of a quality reasonably priced wine from the worlds top rose region. Delicate aroma and fruity aftertaste as expected. . Love the fact it's only 187ml so well within the daily guideline. CHEERS!

Absolutely Delightful!

I was sent this to review. Its got a light not & too sweet flavour & is the perfect size if you only fancy 1 glass of wine. Highly recommended.
