Sustainable

Im reviewing this product because Ive got a free sample from Ocado. Its a small tin, sardine size. The mackerel is mashed up - presumably offcuts - but thats quite a good use of them, no bones. Fish4Ever have good credentials. Seaweed and spinach sounded good, not sure Idve recognised the taste, but it was pleasant enough and not overpowering. Nourishing too - but expensive at full price. Id buy more if/when reduced. A good way to liven up some vegetables, I liked it.

strange texture

I finished this only because I paid for it and didnt want to throw it away. It was lucking flavours (lemon and salt) and the texture was really off putting..will not buy again

Not for me

I only managed a few mouthfuls of this, I'm afraid. It had a slimy texture and an unpleasant taste (which, for me, didn't taste of either spinach or seaweed). I preferred the mustard version; although it was a little vinegary, it had larger pieces of mackerel and a better texture.
