Fills you up

A good source of low fat and low carb plant protein with fibre for gut health. I add these to soups and stews to bulk up a meal and keep me fuller for longer.

Very good quality beans

This is our go to brand for black beans. There is plenty in the tin and the beans are nice and firm. Perfect in salads, quesadillas and homemade veggie burgers.

Could be better

First time I've bought this brand and I was not impressed. The beans were mushy, greyish in colour and definitely not black. I will not buy again.
