What rammy little lentils! I adore these in my veg chilli. Stunning.
Delicious!!! Do this easy soup - just chop some onion, potatoes, carrots, add the lentils plus 1500ml veg stock, all in a pot on the stove, leave it cooking on low for 2 hours, yum so so tasty and totally healthy.
Found some brown lentil can't seem to get them anywhere else, don't like green lentils but the brown ones are delicious and made my Silky Lamb and Chickpea soup extra creamy and scrumptious
