Preparation and Usage
- Suitable for application.
- Fitted properly in the ear.
- Worn at all times during exposure to noise.
- Replaced and disposed of after single use.
1 With clean hands, free from handcreams or lotions, slowly roll down and squeeze the earplug between your fingers until it is compressed.
2 Insert the compressed earplug slowly into the ear canal. This is easier if the ear is gently pulled upwards and outwards. Keep the earplug in place until it has expanded back to fill the ear canal.
3 Refit the earplug if it becomes dislodged through movement. Before each fitting, the earplugs should be inspected. Do not use dirty or damaged earplugs.

I think they are good
I use these every night to reduce noise and they work perfectly well. They fit comfortably and block out a decent amount of sounds.
dont do anything
They have no effect its like wearing no earplugs! A completely waste of money
Great when used correctly
These are great. So long as you follow the instructions and for them correctly. I wear them every night. Of course they dont block out noise entirely but why would you want that. They just make everything sound distant so you arent disturbed by it
Roll up roll up
Have used these, at night, for months now as I live on a main road. They do the job and no skin breakout on my sensitive ears. Just roll the end into a point and put in your ear. only downside is they are expensive.
unfair reviews
the two other reviewers don't know how to use these type of earplugs, you have to roll the ends real tight and quickly push them actually right into the ear canal, they are not designed to sit on the outer part of your ear that wont work, install them properly and they work absolutely fine, only knocking a point off because they are a little overpriced.
Nasty things
Don't block out noise and really irritated my ears.
