Named for the silvery down that covers the underside of the leaves, this authentic Bai Mudan white tea is grown in the high mountain mists of Fujian province. In Spring, the tender shoots are carefully selected and lightly cured, an artisanal craft perfected over centuries to give an elegantly mellow, slightly nutty taste.

beautiful delicate flavour

No bitterness at all. The best white tea Ive tasted. I take it without any sweeteners and its so smooth.

Try it cold brewed!

I bought this tea because I learned that cold brewed white tea is excellent for lowering bad cholesterol. Ive also learned that your green or white tea is a lot more beneficial this way (and tastier, to my surprise). Give it a try, youll like it, I promise :) Put it in a large mug or a teapot, fill with cold water and leave overnight. Enjoy in the morning instead of a glass of water. The tea itself has a mellow fragrant taste, I will be buying this again.

Delicate lovely flavour

The only organic white tea stocked currently which has a delicate lovely flavour as expected from white tea.

This tea was a great find. As Im dairy intolerant I was looking for a tea I could enjoy without milk and this hits the spot perfectly. Not too strong and a lovely flavour. Its now a regular purchase.

Best white tea

This is the best white tea I found with a strong nutty flavour. I even prefer it to some whole leaf brands... More expensive but also much better than Clippers.
