great for a short cut lasagne

I cooked Turkey breast slices in the slow cooker with this sauce. Shredded it up and used it in a lasagne. It was surprisingly delicious. Used Chef bechamel sauce which is great. Tasted all homemade to me. Normally takes ages to make a lasagne but not like this. Fab.

Lovely depth of flavour

My family love this bolognese sauce with garlic. It makes a very quick meal if youre pushed for time.

nice enough

Nice enough sauce for if youre in a hurry and making a large amount but doesnt substitute home made or some of the nice sauces out there. Handy to have in the cupboard

Lacks flavour

On its own this sauce lacked flavour, I added fresh,garlic, chilli and herbs to give it more taste so might as well have bought a good quality  passata and done the same

something missing

this is a huge family size jar but lacking in flavour. Had a slightly dull taste and although was a thick sauce when pouring from the jar, was bland. I had to check the label to see if I'd bought low calorie in error!

Quick

I like lots of garlic but understand what the other reviewers say. It's a very generous jar to keep in the cupboard for a quick family meal that you can add extra veg to.
