I always buy these now, they are small but perfectly formed. Really: they put a fairly short use by date but I keep them much longer & they always fall into the pan in a nice, compact shape with a lovely golden yoke. ( I judge an eggs freshness by how it comes out of the shell: If its old it will be runny & spread about). They make a lovely fried egg sarnie.
I buy small eggs because they are easier for the hens to lay, these eggs have the added bonus of being tasty too
these eggs smell so bad that I couldn't eat them. not fresh, also very small.
