Tasty
Not too salty! The jar is small though so I took off one star.
Good quality
Crisp & full capers. How they should be.
Not for me
Its worth pointing out that the jar is only 90g (about half the size of a typical jar) so just bear that in mind. Compared to other capers I've tried, these were less salty and tasted "fresher" - they had real bite to the buds and did taste almost floral. The flavour was delicate and they got a little lost when put with other ingredients, even though they did taste very pleasant on their own. For my own purposes I want something with a bit more punch so these aren't for me, despite the evident quality, they're just too mild. I believe the mild flavour is because the capers only developed over time via glycoside breakdown and these are deliberately 'baby' (under-pickled) hence under flavoured. Use only where delicate flavours stand a chance without being masked.
Great little capers
Find these tasty and so useful. I sprinkle them on pizza, into pasta sauce, in a toasted sandwich, etc. No need to chop them up - job done.
The best
These are a firm favourite in our household. Nice size for salads or in sauces and just the right texture and taste.
delicious
Small and delicious, as they should be. Not overpowering.
