Good alternative to olive oil!

thick golden and delicate in flavour

We love this oil- it is different from other rape seed oils we have tried, it is thick and golden in colour- has a nice delicate nutty flavour- is great on its own for salad or drizzled over vegetables but also cooks well. I also use it when making naam breqd

very low smoke point

I was very surprised the first time I used this on the hob. It smoked at a very moderate temperature. I looked at the label and realized it is unrefined. This is nice for salad dressing, but dont heat it or youll get lots of free radicals in your food.

Better then Olive Oil

More omega 3 then any oil apart from Flaxseed which is more but you cant cook with that only use as a dressing , so this is the second best full of omega 3 and not nasty omega 6 , its anti-inflammatory oil wont use anything else to cook with .
