They Go Mad For It!

All birds absolutely went mad for this mixture. I also loaded it into a couple of coconut halves and it was gone in less than a couple of hours!

Birds love it

I filled an empty coconut shell with this and the birds seem to really like it, they come every day to peck away

Firm avarian favourite

Use in conjunction with 4 seed/mealworm feeders. All are popular but jars are particularly handy as no mess and nesting birds are able to feed quickly. At height of breeding season get through a jar every other day. It is a joy to watch feeding particularly when visited by fledglings.

Tried the half walnut idea from another reviewer, worked wonderfully!

robin loves this

Bought as reviews looks like it would attract birds I want in my garden. Robin keeps coming back to feed. Put a spoon's worth in a half coconut shell hanging from a tree as per other reviewer. Squirrel is trying to get it too. 3 other feeders being left as this is the most popular feed.

Much in demand!

Brilliant bird butter. Scrape a little on the bird table in a coconut shell, or fill half walnuts shells and string from tree branches as I do for the tits. Robins and little ground feeders prefer it scraped on a bird table or on tree branches whilst tits and nut hatches will hang from coconut or walnut shells enjoying it. I have blue tits, Marsh, Willow and coal tits, long tailed tits and great tits gobbling it up. Also nut hatches, sparrows, robins, and a greater spotted woodpecker who enjoys it from the half coconut shell. Black birds are greedy for it but cant hang from the walnut shells to feed so the tits have exclusivity with those. Wrens will have a nibble also, as will finches.
