Please don't grill!
1 Pre-heat oven. Remove film but leave the curry and rice in their wooden trays.
Unfold the foil and tightly wrap over the top of the rice.
2 Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven (away from any element or flame) and cook for 25 mins.
3 Leave to stand for 2 mins before serving.
Make sure it's piping hot.
This recipe includes some raw ingredients and isn't suitable for microwaving.

Yummy!
This was the first time I had tried a Charlie Bigham's meal and I wasn't disappointed. A convenience meal that tasted as if it had been freshly made and cooked, unlike most ready meals which have that weird, synthetic after-taste. The portion size was exactly right and well balanced between the sauce and the rice. Absolutely couldn't fault anything about it. I'll be back for more soon!
Winner
I'm super fussy and this was excellent with a side of broccoli and carrot. Quite pricey but as good as home made and a lot cheaper than take-away.
Minute!
This is tiny - a few tablespoons of curry, far more rice. Bigham's prices are becoming ridiculous. I'm just not paying these prices for such tiny portions any more.

I enjoyed this. Good portions and flavourful although I think it needed a little more sauce. It is more expensive but I'm willing to buy it in a flash sale
Fine thai curry
Bought flash sales. Tasted nice, nothing amazing, great as an easy ready meal- except the GGGRRRR packaging- you have to scoop it in to cook it.
Fragrant and full of flavour
I found this absolutely delicious with a complex creamy sauce and pieces of tender chicken. Its perfect for those nights when you dont feel like cooking but do want something worthwhile to eat. The portion is not large but was plenty for me. If you have a healthy appetite you might need salad or vegetables. Have added it to my favourites.
