Mouldy after less than a day
Bought as it was on a flash sales and the buns looked perfect for breakfast. The very next day I noticed white spots all over the buns so had to throw away.
OMG
I used these with spicy quorn burgers (yes, I know, but we're not vegan, just mostly plant-based), Leon spicy mayo, lettuce, toms, salsa etc, and they are absolutely gorgeous. Little tip- to really make these work (because they are a little dry, straight out of the packet), slice them, warm them for a few seconds in the microwave with a drop of water and then run a blow torch flame over them- they go just as soft and melty as a regular brioche

Bought in a Flash sale but found them quite dry and dense.

Okay for planet and tasty and healthy, but expensive.
Better than traditional Brioche
Im not vegan but liked the idea of sweet potatoes as an ingredient in these so ordered them. They are better than normal brioche. Light & super tasty. My new go to brioche.
