This should not work!...
.. but it does! Thai flavours with cheese? Surely not. Look, I took the risk as it was offered in a flash sale at half price. But it was amazing! Gorgeous fragrant spices and has some good heat, which is very rare. The cheese IS a little firm from gelatine to really be described as a cream cheese as another reviewer said, hence 1 star off, and that also sadly rules out vegetarians - I feel your pain. Nevertheless, the spices made it a wow for me. Will buy full price! Yes, really! And want to try a spotted Castello Taste Hawaii one next, too, which may suit anyone who found this too hot as it is pineapple and almond.

Used it today to stuff chicken brests which i then wrapped in Parma Ham. The result was deliciously tasty and the cheese remained visible after cooking wheras a full fat soft cheese usually melts away.
packs a nice punch
oooo I liked this - very different to what I normally get , the pineapple and almond one. this is so different, but really full of flavour the ginger helps take the taste of chilli away. such a great combination
blooming lovely!
This is really nice, had it with some cheddars and a little caramelised onion chutney. It has a lovely mildly fiery ginger taste. Would definitely recommend!
