far too salty

I love this brand of beans and lentils ordinarily. But these were not good. Disappointing

excellent quality

If you want to make some very quick Mexican black beans, use these, some dried oregano, a spritz of lime and a couple of tablespoons of lard. Yes lard. Its the taste of Mexico baby.

Perfection

I wasn't given these free for a review, but they are so good that I don't mind paying all that money for them. Great in a blackbean stew & perfect for a blackbean patty.

Great beans

I was given these to review by Ocado and finally used today. These were perfect in a chilli, the only complaint was that some of the beans stuck fast to the jar and were a bit squashed. The ones that made it to the chilli, retained their shape and tasted great!
