100° boiling water is spot on
3-5 minutes brewing time

Lovely and warming

At first I wasnt sure about the flavour of these as they are quite fruity and a bit herby, usually I buy the Pukka Three Ginger teabags but they just dont deliver on the ginger fieriness, so I thought I would give these ones a go as the reviews seemed promising in regards to the ginger hit. Immediately they turn the water a lovely pink colour, but I find they need to infuse for a good 10 minutes, at which time the ginger does taste more potent, more so than what I get from the Pukka bags. I did add a squeeze of lemon juice and some honey to sweeten. I would prefer more ginger, but maybe I could try the loose leaf version to compare. I would buy these again.

Superb

This is the best ginger and lemon tea that Ive ever tasted. You can really taste the ginger. This is spicy and delicious.

Savior of early pregnancy

Strong ginger and lemon taste. Very spicy, very citrus. The only proper ginger tea that doesnt have liquorice root etc thats not recommended for pregnancy inside. Have been savior of my morning sickness.
