Perfect!
Discovered these a few weeks ago and they are perfect. Ive had no problem putting one on and it stays on all night. I often have a blocked nose after swimming which disturbs my sleep but these have solved the problem. Highly recommend.
Game changer
I suffer with my sinuses quite badly and these really help. I use them a couple of times a week for a really good nights sleep without waking up suffering in the morning. They have just the right amount of stickiness too them without leaving your nose covered when you take them off.

These are good, they mostly do the job they are intended for, however sometimes they come off in the night, I've yet to find a better alternative so they will do for now.
Nope
They dont work! After following the instructions I cleaned and thoroughly dried the area, yet a few minutes in it cant unstuck. Made me look a rhino having one half sticking in the air!

This definitely helps you breathe, my 9 year old son struggles with sleeping sometimes, he tried this and hes finding it so much more wary to breathe and sleep
