I was just making a cake. Wound the scales up, weighed the flour. Wound them a little more, started adding the caster sugar. They went off. Wound them up again, they went back to zero! How the hell am I supposed to take the caster sugar out of the flour to re weigh it. Now got to buy some new scales!
Works well and there is something satisfying about turning the knob to power it up. The tare function is also really useful, as is the ability to change the measurement unit.
