Made using grass-fed organic lamb bones, carefully sourced from a single organic British farm based in Somerset, this 24-hour slow-cooked broth is densely packed with 40% bones, guaranteeing a meaty umami depth to every single batch. Using only whole ingredients, this broth is as close to homemade as you can get. The bones (a natural by-product of the meat industry) are simmered slowly in spring water with carrots and onions, earthy rosemary, black peppercorns, apple cider vinegar and a dash of pink Himalayan salt. That's it!
Bone broth is traditionally hailed for its health benefits but its unique qualities don't stop there. What we love about our broths is how versatile they are. Seasoned to perfection, you can sip this straight from a mug or use it in curries, shepherd's pies or use to make a rich and flavoursome lamb gravy. Basically, anywhere you'd usually use a stock. You'll be amazed how much a proper traditional broth can add flavour to your home cooked meals!

Not much taste at all. You will have to add salt and / or stock cubes to fire this product up.
Super lovely - went so well in the Ocado parsnip soup recipe!
This is delicious, but very expensive for a single serving. I bought this on offer and would do so again but would be reluctant to pay full price.
There isnt that much flavour but I dont mind as I heat it and drink it just for the collagen.
Used this as a stock base for lamb casserole but still needed to add a stock cube for flavour and seasoning. Very expensive for little flavour. I would not buy this.
really tasty, bit pricy though.
