Our bread starts its life by combining the finest, hard white flour and yeast in a sour fermentation which gives our bread it's delicious flavour, springy texture and wonderful crust. To us, it's the pinnacle of the baker's art; naturally curvaceous, delicious slice after slice.
Chomp it with butter, just on its own, or toast and top it up. Fresh and tasty to the last crust.

Cant stop at once slice
Really lovely bread and lasted a good 3 days in our house. My only criticism is that the tiger crust could have more flavour, but not bad for a sliced loaf.
too thick, bland taste
Found it lack flavour particularly the tiger crust. Felt a bit stodgy to me. Not a fan.
Extremely dry on day off arrival
Unfortunately only good for toast - which is a shame as I bought specifically for sarnies! I think this is due to the paper packaging. Sometimes plastic packaging has a role to play in reducing food waste, it's just a shame that people only focus on removing plastic instead of the wider impact.
nice allrounder
when its soft its great, perfect for a big bloomer sandwich, toasts nicely too and just the right size for the toaster - does get dry after a few days but still edible

This bread makes the best toast ever!! Lovely thick slices and gorgeous crust! Highly recommended!
