Store in an airtight container.
In certain weather conditions this natural sugar may harden. This is not a sign of deterioration. Just place the sugar in a basin and cover with a damp cloth. Leave overnight and its moistness will return.

Natural Goodness
Consistently delicious in coffee. One of my five a day.
Substitute \- Expensive
We got his as a substitute for our normal Tate & Lyle Fairtrade Demerara Sugar (1kg). This tasted to us exactly the same but is twice the price, as this bag is only 500g. We didn't say no to the substitution as we had nearly run out of our normal sugar, but we wouldn't purchase this as too expensive.

consistently an excellent coffee sugar
the real deal - it smells amazing, tastes like a trip down memory lane - moves in a way this sugar should - excellent product - tastes pretty awesome. 10/10

Makes the perfect flapjacks...
The best brown sugar
Lovely nutty, aromatic flavour excellent for coffee and baking. I've used it for years. Tried their Barista sugar at nearly twice the price and was very disappointed. This is the best.
