It's convenient to store and clean to handle and quick lighting - just light the wrapper, no firelighter or kindling wood required.
Safe to use - no sparks, each log burns up to 3 hours.

perfect for a trip to Center Parcs!
Just what we needed!
Really happy with these.
We bought these while they were on offer and were very happy with them. They caught light quickly and burnt for about 4ish hours. We only use our fireplace very occasionally so these were perfect.
Decision! Hotter than the heat logs!
I read that it's only us soft, idle southerners that use kiln dried logs whereas elsewhere canny people use compressed sawdust / wood. I've been trying to decide which of the firelogs or heat logs gives more heat. Or is it that the only difference is how long each lasts? I've been burning heat logs for a couple of hours this afternoonI put one of these on and the temperature instantly rose. They are obviously more expensive but I reckon that with adjusting the air flow each one lasts a couple of hours. Comparable with kiln dried, though of course these have to be kept indoors. I suppose that heat logs are good in Spring and Autumn when we don't need so much heat.
I thought it would be great to get fire logs delivered. Sadly, I found that two out of the three did not stay well lit, even when primed by dry paper and kindling underneath. Instead, they burn for about ten minutes, then only smoked and smouldered for an extended period.
Easy to use but smells terrible
Yes, these are easy to use and gets the fire going, but smells awful when lit, and took ages for the smell to disperse after putting it on the bbq.
Not as good as others on the market
This is easy to use, no doubt. But compared to other logs, this produces very little heat, and little flame. It does not burn for very long. Can only be used to start a fire under normal wood, to be effective.
